Drive the 2011 BMW 5-series to experience the handling and comfort of a luxury RWD sport sedan. The 5-Series leverages power and technology to get drivers to their destination comfortably, safely, and quickly. The two trim levels available for the 2011 5-Series are the 535i and the 550i. The base 535i gets its power from a turbocharged 3.0L inline 6-cylinder engine that makes 300 hp and connects to a 6-speed manual. The 550i has even more power with its big turbocharged V8 engine and a 6-speed manual transmission to emphasize the performance nature of the 5-series.
Each trim level of the 5-series comes standard with an audio system, alloy wheels, rain sensing wipers, leather, power adjustable seats with memory, power sunroof, and antilock brakes.

The 2011 BMW 550i is a high-performance sedan that comes standard with all the features expected from a premium luxury sedan. The 550i is the top trim level for BMW’s revered 5-Series. Powering this rear-wheel-drive four-door is a 400 horsepower 3.0-liter dual overhead cam (DOHC), 24-valve, inline 6-cylinder engine with TwinPower Turbo technology.
